Michelle and Stacy run an amazing studio. They have a very well trained group of teachers and offer a variety of classes. I’ve been practicing yoga for 5 years and this is my favorite yoga studio.

I have practiced yoga for almost 8 years and have been a student at Balance for about 5, and this is absolutely the best yoga studio I have ever been part of. All the teachers at Balance are knowledgeable, caring and very dedicated to enriching the practice and lives of their students. People of any experience level can find classes and teachers that suit their needs and help them develop as yoga practitioners and people. So many wonderful people have been drawn to Balance that it is a very unique and nourishing community . . . if you seek to really learn, practice and live true yoga, Balance is the place for you.
