I always can depend on Frank at A & S Pork Store, Jericho Tpke, Dix Hills, NY to prepare wonderful food in a flash when I am having unexpected company. I just call him and before I can get in my car and get up there, he has a gorgeous tray of mozzarella and tomatoes and basil made for me at the most reasonable price. I also love the tray of mixed grilled vegetables that he suggested and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! The tray looked so awesome and I was so proud to serve it. Two loaves of semolina bread and a peperoni and sweet sausage sliced and we were all in heaven! I am still thinking about the taste of that food and the smiles on everyone's faces while they were eating it. We are so fortunate to have such an excellent quality store in our neighborhood. Not everyone has a store like A & S Pork Store to rely on. The food is made fresh for you and they take no time to whip it up to order!
