Recently my wife & I decided to attend a Tai Chi class. My wife had done Tai Chi in her past. Myself however, being involved in martial arts for over 25 years, I've never tried. It was simply
something I never thought I would like. But after trying one class, I found it interesting. I decided to go to the next class and found it even more useful & inspiring. Sifu Rik Kellerman explained & demonstrated the exercises, form and some applications with a tempo that wasn't overwhelming and at a very comfortable pace to learn from.
Well, to say the least of course we're going back for more. Love it & looking forward to the next.
